Manpreet Singh is a competent and diligent R&D IT Leader with over 17 years of working experience in various industries including SaaS based projects, Government projects, Retail industry, Security systems, Flight control domain and Firmware development. He has worked as India Head for the Organization and handled Technical & Non-Technical Operations along with Delivery Manager/ Project Manager roles. Manpreet holds an Executive MBA from IIMB with experience in software product development, testing, implementation & production support. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI and an ITIL qualified professional with an excellent understanding of Service Management, Project Management & Quality. As a Platform Owner across the Enterprise, Manpreet has worked with various Infrastructure Teams and Vendors for multi-million projects. He has defined the processes & worked for Operations Management to maintain & measure the platform related KPIs for stability. Manpreet has a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and has demonstrated excellence in various developmental, testing, implementation & maintenance projects. He is well-versed with Test Engineering Methodologies and has proficiency in testing with concentration on requirements analysis, technical systems design, development and implementation of various applications. Manpreet is currently working as a Software Development Manager at Coats Digital. Previously, he has worked as a Director R&D at Nomentia and Analyste. Manpreet has an educational background in General Management Programme for IT Executives from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, Diploma in Embedded Systems Design from CDAC, Noida, and BE in Instrumentation from Punjab Technical University and SLIET, Longowal. In terms of technical skills, Manpreet has expertise in Software Engineering, testing, and infrastructure. He has relevant experience of 16.53 years. Manpreet is using Agile Methodologies and following Scrum & Kanban practices. He has hands-on experience in Production Implementation of Enterprise Rollouts.
