Manraj Singh Grover is a Research Fellow at MIDAS Labs, IIITD, where he is involved in academic and industry research projects. He has a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, University of Delhi. During his studies, he actively contributed to open-source projects and was a Core Contributor for Mozilla's regional community. Manraj has 7.44 years of relevant experience, which includes working as a Senior Software Engineer at Practo, where he developed a new suggestion system for Practo's home page, added new features to the staging workflow based on Docker and Kubernetes, and built a pipeline for generating production-like data for the staging and testing environment. He also worked on disease onset prediction using machine learning techniques. Manraj has been contributing to open-source projects for almost five years and has been involved with organizations such as TensorFlow, DuckDuckGo, and Mozilla. He is currently heavily involved in building TensorFlowJS and its ecosystem. He has also mentored students during Google Summer of Code, Rails Girls Summer of Code, and Google Code-In. Manraj has won several awards, including the Google Open Source Peer Bonus award for his continuous contributions to TensorFlowJS, IndiaHacks: India's largest Machine Learning Challenge, 2017, and Practo Sandbox, 2017. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in technologies such as dotNET, ML, Kubernetes, Docker, Frontend, Backend, Javascript, TensorFlow, NodeJS, Python, and Ruby. Overall, Manraj is a highly skilled Research Scientist and Software Engineer with a passion for open-source projects and machine learning.
