Manvi Chawla is a talented MBA graduate specializing in Marketing from SIBM Pune. She is currently working as a Management Trainee at Pidilite Industries Ltd, where she is involved in sales, marketing, and not-for-profit activities. Manvi has a keen interest in understanding human behavior, which has led her to explore various fields such as sales planning and achievement, key account management, sales forecasting, driving BTL plans, business development, marketing strategy, team management, stakeholder management, and ensuring seamless operations across the value chain. Manvi has a diverse work experience of 1.86 years, including a Business Development Internship at Urban Company, where she managed various business partners' profitability on the platform. She also analyzed data and identified performance bottlenecks for UC's partners to reduce the Bad Customer Experience Index (BCE) for superlative customer experience. Manvi also institutionalized a Bike Rental Module for PAN India UC partners by collaborating with 3rd party vendors. She onboarded new partners with accordance to the monthly supply targets and also took care of financial reporting of the performance of the partners. Manvi also worked as a Summer Intern at Pidilite Industries, where she received a Pre Placement Offer (PPO) from the company. She launched Dr. Fixit Chatbot PAN India for Market Development and made Brand-specific recommendations for the same. She gained experience in working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and interviewing stakeholders. Apart from her professional skills, Manvi is also a talented artist and loves to spend her evenings with a canvas and paintbrush. She completed her Diploma in Fine Arts from the National Institute of Fine Arts (NIFA) and also holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU).
