Marghoob Kaifi is a final year student pursuing a 4-year BTech course in Mechanical Engineering at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He has a passion for learning and has gained knowledge in various disciplines, including his major and the trending fields of Data Science and Machine Learning. During his 3+ years at IIT Kharagpur, Marghoob has participated in multiple technical events, including Inter-Hall Technology General Championships, and worked with the official FSAE team of IIT Kharagpur, which builds Formula Students cars to compete in national and international competitions. He has also worked in the field of Data Science and secured top-3 spots in many competitions. Marghoob has also worked on problems related to Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing & Text generation, Sequence models, and Forecasting using Time Series data. Marghoob has done his internship in Machine Learning and has worked with Quantiphi as a Machine Learning Intern. He is currently working as a Software Engineer with Apple. Marghoob's TechStack includes Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Vision, NLP, Research Scientist, and Big Data. Apart from his academic achievements, Marghoob has also been a part of his Hall Badminton Team for Inter-Hall Sports GC and served as a volunteer at NSS, IIT Kharagpur. With 3.28 years of relevant experience, Marghoob is a highly skilled and motivated individual who is always eager to learn and take on new challenges.
