Mariana Stariolo is a UX Designer at Google with over 11 years of relevant experience in the field. She is a natural saleswoman, a project manager, a team leader, and a fitness enthusiast. Mariana is a firm believer in the power of interface structures and understands that humans need order and proper space to make good decisions. She is a tidy person who likes everything to be in the right place. Empathy is Mariana's hidden gem, and she believes that it is the most important feeling for being close to a person. She excels in user experience design, web and mobile user interface design, HTML/CSS development, Bootstrap development, Wordpress development, and social media marketing. Mariana is also an expert in gym exercises and healthier food and can help people eat healthier and tastier. Currently, Mariana is collaborating with Google to create best-in-class developer products and ecosystems. She is working towards making product development fast and easy. In the past, Mariana worked as a UX Designer for Google via Nash Direct GmbH. She designed solutions navigating ambiguity for complex problems in the identity space and identified and solved problems for Chrome app for Desktop, Android, and iOS for specific edge cases, solving issues for billions of users. Mariana also worked as a UI Designer (remote) for Whoppah, a startup that offers second-hand furniture. She designed a cross-platform product (iOS and Android app, website) that achieved users and business goals. She planned and ran research studies and user testing focused on user behavior to improve features. Mariana holds a Multimedia Design Technician degree from Universidad Siglo 21, a Full Stack Web Development Certification from free code camp, and a UX/UI Design degree from Acamica. Her tech stack includes designer, UI, Research Scientist, Android, iOS, Mobile, Web, and test.
