Maunik Maniar is an accomplished M&E (MEP) Coordinator with over 18 years of experience in electrical designing for multi-story buildings, commercial complexes, IT parks, hotels, hospitals, and other projects. He is currently serving as an Associate with Pankaj Dharkar & Associates in India, where he is responsible for MEP design and execution. Maunik has a proven track record of success in MEP coordination, project management, and team leadership. He has previously worked with renowned companies like Shapoorji Pallonji Group and Mott MacDonald, where he served as Head MEP and Senior Project Manager and HOD MEP, respectively. During his tenure at Mott MacDonald, Maunik reengineered the MEP team and process, redesigned resource planning based on workload and commercial matters, and initiated restructuring resources to keep critical issues of ongoing projects on the basis of client requirements and company commitment at the time of BD. He also developed productive sourcing relationships with existing and new clients, resulting in new projects from existing clients and recommendations of new clients to prospective clients. Additionally, he planned team workload and distributed projects between the team, resulting in 30% more output from the same strength of resources. Maunik holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Saurashtra University and L.E. College of Engineering, Morbi. He completed his schooling from Nootan Sarve Vidyalay, Visnagar.
