Max Amendolara is an experienced Technical Recruiter with a passion for modernizing traditional processes. He is currently working at Dandy, a dental lab that aims to revolutionize the industry by providing a digital platform for dental practices. As a Technical Recruiter, Max is responsible for finding and hiring top talent to help Dandy achieve its goals. Before joining Dandy, Max worked as a Customer Success Manager and Product Specialist at Pangea.app, a Y Combinator W21 company. In these roles, he placed students with subscribed companies on the platform, assisted customers with product questions, and reached out to universities as potential partners. Max also interviewed 250 students over a two-week period for the top talent program. Max holds a degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies/Business Management from Quinnipiac University, where he studied from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, he earned his High School Diploma from Barrington High School in 2012. With 3.19 years of relevant experience, Max is a skilled recruiter who is passionate about finding the right people for the right job.
