Mayur Dawda is an experienced Associate Principal Enterprise Architect with over 16 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. He has a demonstrated history of working on a variety of projects for renowned clients both onsite and offshore. Mayur is skilled in Requirements Analysis, Agile Methodologies, Project Estimation, Client and Team Management, and has executed projects through Agile methodology. Mayur is currently working with L&T as an Associate Principal Enterprise Architect. Prior to this, he worked with LearningMate as a Technical Architect and with Cognizant as a Manager - Projects, where he performed the role of a Project Manager, Technical and Location Lead. He was involved in requirements gathering, project estimations, client communication, team management, conducting interview drives, training and mentoring junior team members. Mayur is also part of the R&D team in his organization and is responsible for conducting interview drives, trainings, mentoring, code reviews, and staying aware of the entire SDLC.
