Mayur Varade is an experienced Ecommerce Marketing professional with expertise in SEO. He is currently working as an SEO Lead at Growisto, a company that provides digital marketing solutions to businesses. Mayur is always on the lookout for new opportunities to grow and expand his skillset. At ThrillBear, Mayur is working on building an outdoor adventure community marketplace that connects adventurers with unique trekking and camping experiences in India. He is also responsible for creating a data-driven approach for event organizers to list their events and understand the needs of the hiking and outdoors community. In his previous role as an SEO Specialist at Growisto, Mayur conducted project performance evaluations regularly to identify and address issues faced by team members such as lack of resources, skillsets, training, etc. He also built an effective training program using a learning management system (LMS) and knowledge base to provide training and mentoring to team members on various aspects of digital marketing. Mayur was also responsible for developing internal tools and reports to increase project efficiency and client satisfaction. Prior to joining Growisto, Mayur worked as a Developer at Snapshot Scanner, an app that can help users scan any offline or online QR code. He has a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Energy Science and System Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. With almost 6 years of relevant experience, Mayur has gained a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and has developed a strong skillset in SEO and Ecommerce Marketing.
