Medha Khurana is a software engineer currently working at newgen, where she has gained extensive experience in banking projects across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). She has identified how analytics aided technology can help banks optimize their systems, automate their processes, and lower their risks. Medha has a good grasp of programming languages such as Java and SQL and has delivered software technologies for corporate and retail loan origination systems. She has also interacted with clients during the stage of user acceptance testing (UAT) and managed some phases of projects end to end. Medha is a keen and enthusiastic learner who is always seeking inspiration from everywhere around her, be it work, home, or outdoors. This helps her fuel her dreams and desires, and she is always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness. She loves to take up responsibilities, be it in her personal life or her professional life, and likes to stay in the front. Medha has previously worked as a Software Engineer Intern at newgen, where she was responsible for interpreting data and creating insights on banking data to deliver end-to-end solutions to clients. She has also worked at DRDO as an intern, where she built software in Python for pixel recognition and matching that can show the closest results. She used the concept of artificial neural networks and deep learning and created a nearest neighbor model to identify the closely related images. She managed high volumes of data and learned data-preprocessing and data wrangling. Medha is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, which she is expected to complete in December 2022. She has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Technology from Amity University, which she completed in December 2019.
