Mehul Rajen Shah is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in delivering end-to-end data and analytics projects within the banking, financial services, and insurance industry. As a Sr. Technical Architect, Mehul has driven multi-million projects with a multinational customer base across the US, South America, Asia, and Europe, leading large multi-tier teams. Mehul's specialization lies in project management, customer management, team building and mentoring, project SDLC lifecycle, requirement gathering, agile methodology, database and programming languages, system and solution design, automation, and process optimization. His current position is at Quantiphi, where he serves as a Sr. Technical Architect, leading the end-to-end delivery of all project threads and designing the overall technical framework implementation for data pipelines. Mehul is responsible for optimizing operating costs with automated and optimal data pipelines, designing the custom framework for change data capture, and implementing tuned SnowSQL queries to move data in the data lake as a consumption layer. Mehul has also managed teams of 85+ team members in his previous role as Sr. Technical Lead at Quantiphi, where he worked on the migration of data to a centralized location on the cloud using AWS services. He has also worked on building a complete serverless application that serves users with a user interface to query the data. Mehul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, Vidyavihar. He also has an HSC in Science and Information Technology from Thakur College of Science & Commerce and an SSC from Swami Vivekanand International School (SVIS). Additionally, Mehul has a Certificate for Learning Week in Digital Marketing from UpGrad. Mehul's technical expertise includes senior software engineering, AWS, big data, UI, Snowflake, ML, data science, infra, and search. With 14.12 years of relevant experience, Mehul is a dreamer, believer, and achiever, having won the TCS Young Achiever Award and achieved the 2x C-Phi-O Leaderboard.
