Mehul Sharma is a Senior Software Engineer at Qualcomm with a focus on 5G-Modem software development. Mehul has a proven track record of working with cutting-edge wireless technologies such as LTE, 5G-NR, C-RAN, Machine Learning in 5G, NFV-SDN, Network Slicing, and Open RAN. He developed an android app that can detect and alert the driver for vehicle collisions in real-time. The app uses existing cloud and adhoc technologies to detect collisions, and adhoc mode is helpful in areas like Ghat Sections where there is no internet connectivity. The app is available on Google Play Store as "SafeNav." Mehul holds a Master of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Delhi University. He has relevant experience of 2.86 years and possesses a strong tech stack that includes Software Engineering, Research Science, Machine Learning, and Android development.
