Mohamed is a highly experienced Video Telepresence Engineer with 8.5 years of expertise in Video conferencing, Unified Communications, and Live streaming support and testing. He was responsible for daily bridge operation and monitoring VP hotline across the globe. He also resolved video issues like video freezing, jitter, audio/video issues, and H.323 and SIP calling issues, gatekeeper and MCU issues, content sharing, conference-related issues. Mohamed has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Anna University and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree from Bharathidasan University.
