Mohammad Fahad is a passionate Talent Acquisition, People and Culture professional who is crazy about recruiting. He is currently working as an HRBP for Technology, Marketing, and Product at rea India, where he is leading the end-to-end recruitment process for more than 100 technology requisitions. He has hired for various skill sets such as Front End (React JS) Web and (React Native) App, Backend (Java n RoR), DevOps, QAs (Manual n Automation), Data Science, and Data Engineering. He is also managing the employee life cycle single-handedly and ensuring a blissful experience for employees from hiring till retiring (exit). Prior to rea India, Fahad has worked with Kasar Serenity Resort as an Owner, where he headed Talent Acquisition, Digital Media, Operations, Inventory Management, and P&L. He has also worked with Ferrotek Equipments as an HR-Recruitment Specialist, where he was responsible for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Grievance Handling, and Head Hunting for IT-based profiles for various clients. Fahad holds a Master's degree in Computer Application, Software, AI, and Cloud Computing from AIMCA, where he completed his education in 2014. He also completed his 10th and 12th from Beersheba Sr. Sec School, Haldwani. With 8.54 years of relevant experience, Fahad is proficient in various tech stacks such as Data Engineering, Data Scientist, DevOps, Frontend, Backend, Web, Software Engineer, ReactJS, Ruby, Java, and React Native. Fahad's passion for recruitment and his ability to manage the employee life cycle single-handedly make him a valuable asset to any organization.
