Mohammad holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from JNTU and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from S.V. Government Polytechnic College. He completed his high school education at Prashanth English Medium High School.
