Mohammed Nadeem is a highly motivated and result-oriented Staff Software Engineer at GE with a strong bias for action and a keen eye for innovation. With over 5 years of relevant experience, he is a full-stack developer with expertise in AWS, scalable systems, microservices, and distributed architecture. Mohammed is a diligent and resilient worker, always going the extra mile to ensure on-time delivery with high quality. At GE, Mohammed has contributed significantly to the development of adapters for enterprise integration, pub-sub architecture, and provided plugin support for open-source providers. Currently, he is working on an integration product as a service deployed on Kubernetes that is massively scalable to host integrations that can seamlessly connect to any on-prem/data-lake/cloud. He is also an open-source contributor to Apache NiFi, with several contributions to his name. In his previous role as a NiFi Consultant at ETC (Electronic Transaction Consultants), Mohammed proved that NiFi can process 100 million records every 5 minutes with just utilizing limited resources for a fairly complex use-case. He also developed Stateful functionality to handle disaster recovery of Kafka push, architected NiFi setup for production to support billions of data processing per day, and helped the team get IAG (International Airlines Group) Contract. At General Electric, Mohammed played an instrumental role in GO-Lives of migrating existing integrations of GE businesses to the extended version of the open-source product. He also architected the design of a highly scalable, resilient, and distributed application ecosystem for hosting on EKS/cloud-agnostic. Mohammed has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from PES University, with a CGPA of 9.62/10. He also has experience in resolving production issues such as node disconnection, out of memory and disk, over-utilization of CPU cores, configuration corruptions, etc. His tech stack includes AWS, software engineering, microservices, senior software engineering, integration, Kubernetes, Kafka, Java, Javascript, and Jenkins. Mohammed is currently working as an Apache NiFi Trainer for the Asia Region at NobleProg.
