Mohit Singhi is a Civil & Structural Engineer with 5.95 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a Civil Structural Engineer at Engineers India Limited, where he is involved in the Rajasthan Refinery Project, a Greenfield 9 MMTPA Refinery cum Petro-Chemical Complex at Pachpadra in Barmer district of Rajasthan. His responsibilities include FEED Engineering for preparation of LSTK Pacakage of an Industrial Steel Building and Raw Water Reservoir, preparation of Tender for Civil & Structural Works & Building Works, analysis & design of Pipe-Rack Sub (Pile-Cap) & Super-Structure (Steel-Structure from FGL) for width of up to 24 m and height greater than 20m, and handling preparation of 3D Model & Drawing Extraction using TEKLA Structure. Apart from his current project, Mohit has also worked on other design projects such as the design of Open Foundations, Pile System & Pile Caps for Boiler Structure and Equipment, and design assistance for a Sub-Station Building. He has attended training programs on Repeat Engineering in Civil & Structural Engineering, Offshore Geo technical Engineering Covering Design aspects of Offshore Platforms, Jetties and SPM, and a 10 days long Refresher Course on “Wind Induced Forces and Effects on Buildings & Structures” organized by IAStructE at New Delhi. Prior to his current role, Mohit worked as an Engineer Trainee Civil at Tata and as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at hiren.g.desai (sai consultants). He holds a Master of Technology in Structural Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat, and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhi Nagar.
