Monil Bansal is an enthusiastic Full-stack Web developer with a strong background in C++, Java, front-end, and video editing. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology - B.Tech with majors in Information technology from Delhi Technological University. Monil has a passion for design and integration problem-solving skills, which he has honed through his experiences at top companies such as Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, and Fivetran. Currently, Monil is working as an SDE at Google London, where he is leveraging his skills to develop innovative software solutions. Prior to Google, Monil worked as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where he gained experience in developing software solutions for a wide range of industries. He also worked as a Software Development Intern at Fivetran, where he automated the error-catching process in cloud functions connector to reduce the instances and developers' time on that instance. He also worked on Java Backend in the core part of the company to improve the overall process of data loading. Monil's contributions to Fivetran also included creating metrics for accurately analyzing customer's activity, which helped in fair pricing mechanisms. He increased the branch coverage of the codebase from 51.9% to 79.8%. Monil is also a founder of Project Ascensio, where he is leading a team of developers to develop innovative software solutions. He has a deep understanding of the software development process and is well-versed in various tech stacks such as Software Engineer, Web, Java, Integration, Frontend, and Backend. Monil is a highly motivated individual with relevant experience of 1.44 years. He is a quick learner, a team player, and is always looking for new challenges to expand his skillset.
