Mridula Shetty is a highly experienced Staff Developer at Sandisk, currently working with Western Digital. She has a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) and Product Management, with over 12 years of relevant experience in the technology industry. In her previous role at Bloomreach, Mridula was responsible for testing the eCommerce search product and coordinating with engineering, product management, and customer-facing teams to manage quality issues and validate them. She also worked on understanding customer requirements on quality and developing test scenarios and test cases to meet these business requirements. Additionally, she managed vendor management for QA task outsourcing. Prior to Bloomreach, Mridula worked as a Systems Engineer at TCS, where she was a QA engineer for embedded automotive infotainment systems. She worked on end-to-end functional and integration test case generation and execution for multiple modules like AMFM, DAB, and BT Phone. Mridula holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Nmam Institute of Technology (Nmamit), where she studied from 2006 to 2010. She also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for her primary and secondary education. Mridula's tech stack includes skills in test, QA, product management, search, and integration.
