Mriga Chachra is a dynamic individual with a passion for diversity and inclusion. He is currently working at Microsoft as a Codess Mentorship Program member. In this role, he is responsible for mentoring and guiding young professionals in the tech industry. Before joining Microsoft, Mriga was a member of the WomenTech network, where he learned about diversity and inclusion, developed his leadership skills, and expanded his network. He also served as the Director of Community Services for the Rotaract Club of IGDTUW, where he was responsible for organizing community service projects and events. Mriga has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women. He is a dedicated and hardworking individual with 1.44 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. With his experience and passion for diversity and inclusion, Mriga is a valuable asset to any organization. He is a team player who is always willing to go the extra mile to achieve his goals.
