Mrinal Sinha is a highly skilled IT professional with over 18 years of experience in defining IT strategy for application development and large-scale program management. He is currently the Practice Leader for Cloud Native Open Source CSD, DevSecOps, and Product Owner for Capgemini DevSecOps Automation Toolkit. Mrinal has extensive experience in setting up, orchestrating, and managing large global teams and brings deep expertise in Agile and DevOps assessment, roadmap formulation, and implementation as part of large-scale IT transformation initiatives. In his current role as the Capability Unit Leader for North America - Opensource, API & Microservices, and Financial Services at Capgemini, Mrinal is responsible for strategic oversight on all the DevSecOps delivery in North America for the company's financial service customers. He manages relationships with CXOs of various customers, helping them with strategies and global solutions to solve their challenges. He is also responsible for hiring, career development, and skill development of all people part of the DevSecOps practice. Additionally, Mrinal is the Product Owner for Capgemini DevSecOps Automation Toolkit, where he manages and builds new technical capabilities and solutions. He also manages relationships with niche ISVs providing differentiated solutions and is involved in pre-sales and business development. Mrinal's past experiences at Capgemini include serving as the North America DevSecOps Lead, where he led the DevSecOps practice in Financial Services North America (US & Canada). He was responsible for managing relationships with CXOs of various customers and providing strategic oversight on all DevSecOps delivery in North America. He also served as a Program Director, managing a team of highly skilled information technology professionals who perform technical consulting and project delivery in large and complex managed service engagement. Mrinal's technical expertise includes Microservices and DevOps. He has in-depth experience in budgeting, financial modeling, developing commercial models, and project plans, including right levels and location of resources. He also has experience in capacity and capability building, knowledge and competency management, including performance management and appraisals.
