He is currently the Co-Founder at Hire Youtubers, a YouTuber marketplace for the Indian market that he co-founded during the lull time at his previous company. He led a four-person team, architected the application, and launched it in the market in just four months. The technology stack employed was #RubyOnRails, #Postgres, #Redis, #Nginx, #Vue.js. Before co-founding Hire Youtubers, Mrunal was a Sr. Ruby on Rails Developer at 747 Games, where he was proud to be a part of Idyllic Software's most successful in-house product. They built a real-money, skill-based game which grew up to 500K users in less than a year. The backend was written in #RubyOnRails, and Mrunal proposed using Node.JS for socket connections for real-time gaming. Amazon elastic beanstalk was employed to manage the number of servers based on the traffic at different times of the day. The revenue generated for this product was north of $400K. Mrunal has also worked at Idyllic Software as a Full Stack Developer, where he worked on building an equipment rental system using RubyOnRails, ShareTribe, and Javascript. He also worked on an Admin side customer management system. Mrunal holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science and Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering (a govt. aided autonomous institute), Sangli-M.S. He also holds a Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) from Dharampeth M.P. Deo Memorial Science College and a Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Pandit Bachhraj Vyas Vidyalaya, Nagpur.
