Muhammed Naseef is a highly experienced GIS professional with over 4 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a Technical Executive FME at RAMTeCH Software Solutions, where he is responsible for geospatial data migration from sources like Oracle, Small World, and CAD to the target geodatabase. He specializes in geospatial technology, geodatabase management, utility projects, GIS data migration, and Lidar. Muhammed has a post-graduate degree in Geoinformatics from Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur, and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from AWH Special College, India. He is also an FME® Certified Professional. Muhammed has a strong skillset in software such as ArcGIS, Arc Catalog, and FME. He has worked on projects such as Water Efficient Thrissur (WET) and Kerala Water Authority (KWA), where he conducted QA of consumer survey data and GPR water pipeline data, management of databases, and digitization of water service connections to consumer points. He also conducted topology corrections to the road network, pipeline network, and other water network-related assets. In his previous role as a GIS Trainee Engineer at Nest Information Technologies, Muhammed was responsible for electrical networking and pole feature extraction using Lidar point cloud using Cloud Compare software. He also split LAS files into certain lengths and sizes using FME and conducted quality control of the electrical network. Muhammed's Tech Stack includes QA and Web.
