Mukarram Syedshah is a highly experienced Google Cloud Systems Engineer with over 9 years of relevant experience in Support Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Administration/Engineering, and management. He has a demonstrated history of working in the technology and education industry. Currently, he is working as a Google Cloud Systems Engineer at Google, where he manages distributed systems, troubleshoots production level systems, applications, and infrastructure, provides on-call support, and root-causes problems in virtualization, networking, storage, etc. He also builds/runs monitoring, supports and manages Enterprise Compute environment, and automates deployment, management, security, and manual tasks. Additionally, he participates in the on-call rotation, owns and supports configuration, and collaborates with Technical program managers and partner teams to maintain and execute new projects. As a Site Reliability Engineer, he participated in a quarter-long project to add a feature in one of their current SRE tools, which was completed on time and is currently in production. Mukarram has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Houston and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Houston Community College. He has a strong tech stack, including SRE, infra, Android, and Mobile. He is a dedicated professional who ensures adherence to a high-quality experience through building and maintaining high-fidelity implementations.
