Murlidhar Roy is an experienced Firmware Engineer with a strong background in consumer electronics. He is currently working as a Lead Firmware Developer at Dozee, a leading startup that provides contactless health and sleep monitoring devices. With almost 5 years of relevant experience, Murlidhar has a proven track record of developing firmware for various devices such as Dozee, Dozee Plus, and Dozee Pro. Murlidhar is skilled in various programming languages and technologies including Embedded Software, ESP32, PIC, Arduino, MSP430, Intel 8085, ATMega, Renesas, Embedded C, Python, and SQL. He is also adept at wireless communication technologies such as BT classic, BLE, WiFi, TCP/IP, and networking protocols such as HTTPS, HTTP, TCP, and MQTT. In his current role, Murlidhar has worked on several features such as meditation, OTA update, Spo2 integration, ECG integration, BT classic update, and Dual dozee integration. He has also utilized various tech features like OTA updates, data logging, analog and digital circuit design, and digital signal processing. Additionally, he has worked with various communication protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI used for SD card, RTC, and PCA driver, and many more sensors. Prior to his current role, Murlidhar worked at IBM as an Oracle Application Developer, where he developed skills in SQL, PLSQL, and XML. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) focused in Electronics and Telecommunication from the International Institute of Information Technology, Bhubaneswar.
