Muskan's previous roles at Adobe as a Talent Coordinator and at Publicis Sapient as an Associate Talent Acquisition have equipped her with a diverse skill set. She has been responsible for end-to-end scheduling for candidates at all levels, coordinating interviews, managing hiring drives, and maintaining data accuracy using ATS. She has also been involved in leadership connect for identifying specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies. Muskan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Bharati Vidyapeeth University Institute of Management and Research (BVIMR). Prior to this, she completed her undergraduate studies from Delhi University.
