Muthu has applied user-centered design methodology for 25+ large scale web-based projects and managed/mentored team sizes of 5-12 interaction designers/developers. He has led teams, worked side-by-side in collaborative environments, and completed projects independently. Muthu has also worked as a UX Consultant at Nationwide Insurance, where he planned, managed, and executed all facets of the user-centered design process for large-scale customer-facing mobile and web applications. Muthu's education background includes a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication from Bharathiyar University and an Advanced Diploma in Internet technologies from IDL, Chennai, India. He has a diverse tech stack that includes product management, web, JavaScript, UI, test, ReactJS, mobile, senior software engineer, and research scientist. At Eventzilla, Muthu is responsible for improving key operating metrics related to sales, onboarding, and customer retention to help maximize growth and profitability. He is building and managing relationships with partners like PayPal, WePay, Stripe, HotelPlanner, ParkWhiz, and many others.
