Naga Raju Karlapati is an experienced Software Engineer with over 13 years of experience in the computer software industry. He has a demonstrated history of working on complex applications and handling tough customer issues on a discrete set of technologies. His skills are spread across multiple technologies including Java & its frameworks, Javascript, CSS, and HTML. Currently, Naga Raju is working as a Senior Member of Technical Staff in Engineering R&D at Salesforce, one of the world's leading CRM software providers. He is part of the Salesforce CMS product team, working to design and develop a world-class CMS product usable at enterprise scale leveraging the robust Salesforce core platform. Naga Raju had the opportunity to be part of this product from scratch, getting to know the etiquettes involved in building a new product line within Salesforce. Salesforce CMS is a hybrid CMS designed to help users easily create and deliver content to any channel or device. Users can add content to an experience built with Salesforce by using two of their “what-you-see-is-what-you-get” (WYSIWYG) tools: Experience Builder and Commerce Page Designer. Both of these tools are developer-friendly, too, which is perfect if your design and development teams want to build the experience with code. Before joining Salesforce, Naga Raju worked as an Associate Technical Lead at Kony, where he worked in core product teams for developing advanced tools for developing Enterprise Mobile Applications. The product comprises of the complete suite of tools required to develop enterprise mobile applications, including App Services, Kony Modeler, Sync Framework, and Client UI Runtime. Naga Raju holds an M.Sc(Tech) degree in Information Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. His tech stack includes Software Engineer, Salesforce, Mobile, Web, designer, Java, Javascript, Senior Software Engineer, and UI. With his vast experience and expertise, Naga Raju is a valuable asset to any organization he works for.
