Nagoor Meeravali Shaik is a Lead Software Engineer at Boeing with over 12 years of experience in designing and developing software solutions. He is proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, LabVIEW, Python, and QT on both Windows and Linux platforms. Nagoor has expertise in requirements analysis, software architecture design, and creating and owning POCs for NPIs. He is also experienced in leading teams, project management, and agile practices. Nagoor is passionate about innovation and productivity. He has built teams and mentored individuals to help them grow in their careers. He has worked on various projects throughout his career and has been responsible for both technical and project management aspects. Nagoor started his career at Honeywell as a Technology Specialist, where he designed and developed ATE, Control Automation Solutions using C, C++, C#, LabVIEW, Teststand, and Python on Windows and Linux OS platforms. He was responsible for creating and owning new Velocity Product Development (VPD) projects from conceptualization, POC to production. He also served as an innovation focal for his team, driving innovation through innovation skills training, intellectual property, brainstorming, and idea conceptualization. Nagoor holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from V R Siddartha Engineering College. He has a strong technical background in C, C++, C# .NET, Python, OOAD, UML, LabVIEW, and Teststand. Nagoor has relevant experience of 15.61 years as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer.
