Nalini Sharma is a Knowledge Management professional with extensive experience in the field of instructional design and product management. Currently working with Siemens Technology India, she is responsible for managing knowledge management functions for the organization. Nalini has worked with various organizations in the past, including SpringPeople and SkillSpeed, where she held positions of Product Manager-Learning and Manager-Content/Instructional Design, respectively. Her responsibilities included managing instructional design teams, project management, customer support, and application of instructional technologies. Nalini is a skilled evaluator of instructional development projects and has recommended changes to processes, policies, and metrics to facilitate the improvement of instructional design services and performance. She has also developed work plans, goals, and objectives that focus on providing efficient service while supervising, hiring, training, and evaluating instructional design staff. Nalini has completed her Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Sikkim Manipal University, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) from Jamshedpur Women's College, and MBA/PGDM from Acharya Institute of Management and Science.
