Naman Gupta is an experienced software engineering leader with over 5 years of experience in solving challenging and high-impact business problems for product-based companies in the E-commerce, Health-tech, and Robotics domains. He is currently working as a Technology Lead at Addverb and has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi. Naman is a strong engineering professional with a diverse skill set that includes Java, Python, Mssql, MongoDB, AWS, Shell, MySQL, NoSQL, Redis, Flask, Backend Engineering, Project Management, Team Management, System Design, NLP, Machine Learning, and Agile. In the past, Naman co-founded and worked as a CTO at Miskaa, where he developed a world-first kitchen assistant ecosystem comprising of NLP-based ingredient recipe search, auto meal planning, and live cooking classes. He also designed payment, wallet, and referral systems in the main Miskaa app and two supporting apps. Under his leadership, Miskaa achieved significant milestones, including 400k times used, 15k users, 7k meal plans created, 50+ paid subscribers, and 100+ live cooking classes conducted on the Miskaa ecosystem. Naman also hired and managed 15+ interns for android, frontend, and backend development. Miskaa was supported by 'Aws Activate' and 'Google Cloud for Startups' ($35k Tech Funding) and was recognized under the Startup India program and incubated under the 10000 Startups Initiative. Naman has also worked as a Data Scientist at Moglix, where he developed a customer churn prediction model for B2B business. He also created an analyzer tool for procurement process optimization score and implemented a real-time item life cycle tracking system by aggregating Kafka streaming data to get insights regarding fulfillment. Naman's efforts resulted in preventing churn for strategic enterprise customers like Mahindra, Vedanta, and improving pre-sales engagement and post-sales efficiency of new enterprise customers with an annual spend of 0.5 to 3 M$.
