Naman Sagar is a driven individual with a passion for marketing and consulting, particularly in the context of technological disruption and its impact on consumer behavior. He is currently pursuing a full-time MBA at IIM Lucknow and has already amassed 34 months of work experience in a leading fintech organization. In his previous role as Senior Consumer Partnerships Manager, he led a team of 15+ employees and was responsible for driving key business partnerships with over 300 corporates, 15+ BFSIs, and 10+ payrolls. He also led alliances with top e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart and Amazon. Naman has a proven track record in problem-solving, process improvement, and stakeholder management. He possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills and aspires to work in management roles at the intersection of technology, people, and behavioral sciences for influencing strategy. In addition to his professional pursuits, Naman is an active member of the Bhavishya Social Initiatives Committee at IIM Lucknow, where he was one of nine chosen out of 190 applicants to facilitate social initiatives and raise awareness among 1.2K+ students. He spearheaded 1-1 volunteer mapping and ensured continuity of education in online mode for 30+ children. He also restructured the handling of a ₹1.5L budget to conduct 12+ social activities impacting 1.2K+ students in a year. Naman's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Energy Engineering from VIT and a current pursuit of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IIM Lucknow.
