He is the Co-Founder of Engage Apps, an end-to-end coworking and shared office space management software that helps manage members, automate contracts and billing, book meeting rooms, events, and more. Narendra is passionate about learning and unlearning every day, and he proactively pushes himself out of his comfort zones to learn as much as possible. Narendra's expertise and specialties include strategy, leadership, startups, business turnaround, growth management, business development, P&L management, due diligence, deal structuring and negotiations, advisory and decision support, performance improvements and turnarounds, IT sales, MIS, business performance management, new business acquisition, and account management. He has worked with SMEs and large enterprises and has a proven track record of delivering results. Prior to Engage Apps, Narendra was the Head of Sales - APAC at iPresso Marketing Automation Encja.com S.A., where he built the first iPresso team in Asia. He was responsible for managing the customer portfolio, strengthening customer relationships, supporting growth initiatives, and entering into new markets. Narendra also served as the CEO and Founder of Zastraa Inc., a VAR Channel Partner for SalesManago (Marketing Automation) and Moxtra - Future of True Collaboration for the Modern World. He was responsible for controlling the direction of the company, deciding on budgets, generating new business, identifying risks, attending meetings, driving profitability, overseeing fundraising planning and implementation, and more. Narendra holds a degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from VSM Aerospace and a Diploma in Aircraft Designing from Hindustan Aviation Academy. He is also proficient in mobile, web, and big data technologies.
