Naresh Pahariya is a highly motivated and results-driven engineer with a passion for excellence. As an engineer, he has gained extensive experience in software development, microservices, UI, Django, web, SQL, and ML. With nearly six years of relevant experience, Naresh has worked with several companies, including claimtherapist and decision point analytics, where he has contributed to the development of various applications and solutions. Currently, Naresh works as a Staff Engineer at claimtherapist, where he has improved the visibility and UI of working applications using optimizations and data analysis. In his previous role as a Senior Software Engineer at the same company, he worked on a Django-based web application as a full-stack developer, building it from scratch to meet the operational and business requirements of the company. At decision point analytics, Naresh worked as a Software Engineer, where he was involved in developing machine learning workflows to maintain demand-supply chains, generating desired outputs from raw data tables to publish sales records, and developing algorithms for simulating growth trends using recovery equations of similar pandemics of the past. Naresh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Patna. He strongly believes in the philosophy of doing a little more each day than he thinks he possibly can, as espoused by Lowell Thomas. This philosophy guides his academic, personal, and professional endeavors, and he strives for excellence in everything he does.
