Nasim Akhter is a Certified Data Science professional with a computer science background and over 15 years of experience driving Data and Analytics projects across various domains. As a Senior Manager in Advanced Analytics, she has played a strategic role in driving business solutions and growth through innovation and thought leadership in analytics technology and product domain. Nasim has a strong experience in setting up and leading global analytics teams and delivering efficient and reliable business solutions in high-pressure environments. She has contributed to transforming organizations by adapting data-driven culture and driving business outcomes in terms of value creation and value capture. With an insatiable intellectual curiosity, Nasim is able to mine hidden gems located within large sets of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. She is able to leverage a heavy dose of mathematics and applied statistics with visualization and a healthy sense of exploration. She is leading the Advanced Analytics capability and has built a high-impact value-driven analytics team. She has driven over 30 analytics use cases across various domains such as Healthcare, Pest, QSR/FRS, Life Science, F&B, Sales & Services, Water, Paper, Mining & Industrial, and Supply Chain Area. She has streamlined the technology stack and process and has created a unified Data Platform to facilitate easy and secure accessibility of business data. Nasim has also created “State of Arts” dashboards for various business stakeholders and has driven cross-team/capability events like Hackfest, Analytics conference, Newsletters, and YVM within the Analytics area.
