He has worked with several Tier-A hospitals across India and acquired them as early customers for his previous company, Irillic Pvt. Ltd. He conducted over 100 clinical demos and trained surgeons, sales and service teams, and distribution teams on technical and clinical applications of Fluorescence Imaging during live surgeries. He also collaborated with the manufacturing and design team to handle customer issues and complaints. Navaneeth was part of the founding team of Irillic, which developed India's first Intra-op ICG Fluorescence Imaging System. He gathered customer requirements, designed UI/UX based on user feedback, supervised mechanical design and fabrication, and collaborated with surgeons for the design, execution, documentation, and publication of product clinical trials. He also led marketing activities like corporate branding, design of brochures, presentation, website, and social media marketing. Navaneeth has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Engineering from NIT Surathkal and completed his General Management Program from Stoa in Business Administration and Management. He has experience working as a Senior Software Engineer and UI developer.
