Naveen has led a team of 25 professionals across various functions, including product, tech, design, sales, ops, support, and product analysts. Under his leadership, the team has managed to attract thousands of advertisers, generating good value and retaining a high repeat rate. Naveen's expertise ranges across Performance, Display, and Subscription Ads. Prior to his current role, Naveen served as VP Technology/Head of Engineering at nestaway technologies pvt ltd, where he led a team of 40 professionals across various functions, including Backend, Web Frontend, Designers, QA, Tech Support, Sales force developers, Android & iOS developers. Before that, he worked as a Software Engineer at Google, where he built extremely high-scale infrastructure for mixing and matching personal data from multiple internal Google sources and providing mechanisms for deriving inferences. Naveen has a strong educational background, having completed his BE in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He also attended National College and VBV.
