Nayeem Basha Shaik is an experienced Software Engineer with over 7 years of ongoing work experience in the Automotive domain at SIEMENS, working for Valeo eAutomotive Germany GmbH. He is a diligent software engineer with a broad background in Embedded Systems and Automotive domain. Nayeem is focused on continuous learning and is interested in enhancing his career further in the Automotive domain, a vital field with many interesting and challenging opportunities. Currently, Nayeem is working as a Software Engineer at SIEMENS Technology and Services Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, working for Valeo Siemens eAutomotive Germany GmbH. He is responsible for safety software development in AGILE methodology - Inverter ECU for electric cars according to ISO26262 and ASPICE process. He is also module responsible for DC-discharge link module. His responsibilities include requirement engineering and software design development, QAC analysis & unit testing using IBM RTRT tool, defect analysis and fixing, functional testing of software with dSPACE control desk and ETAS INCA Tool, involved in reviews to improve the quality of the artifacts/work deliverables by giving good review points, discussing and resolving blockers/issues faced by the team during work in regular stand-ups, mentoring and helping colleagues in different phases of SDLC, and has good knowledge in reading and understanding of HW schematics, PCB layouts, and datasheets. Nayeem's past work experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra and as an Application Engineer at Starcom Information Technology Limited.
