Neethi C is a highly motivated professional with over 12 years of experience in various IT roles ranging from software development to business analysis to leadership. She is deeply involved in various phases of the SDLC process and has good exposure to requirement gathering/analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of IT applications. Neethi is a quick learner and can quickly understand business or technical issues. She has fair knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and excellent exposure working in cross-culture teams and with stakeholders, spread across Europe, USA, and APAC region. She led a team to work on a technical MVP that got converted from a concept to a product and streamlined support process, non-functional requirements for user stories during sprint demos. Neethi has also worked as a Business Analyst at Volvo, where she liaised with stakeholders and scrum team to deliver E2E tool and process for compliance management of vehicles as per the EU Roadworthiness Directive. Neethi holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Shirdi Sai Engineering College and has completed her schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Her tech stack includes test, software engineer, and microservices. Neethi is passionate about sustainability and has demonstrated the ability to maximize product value and deliver results to stakeholders.
