Neha Saluja is a technology leader with over 16 years of experience, including 7+ years in leadership positions. She has worked with tech organizations of various sizes, including Microsoft and early stage start-ups, across domains and geographies. Neha has travelled extensively and led strategy and execution across USA, Europe, Australasia, Oceania & South East Asia. Neha has proven expertise in setting up strategic directions and building and scaling tech organizations from scratch. She has helped CEOs/CIOs in defining their Digital Transformation journeys and technology roadmaps. Neha is passionate about building B2B and B2C SaaS platforms, scalable distributed systems and building passionate teams and culture that rewards agility, innovation, and delivery. Currently, Neha is the Vice President of Engineering at CRMNext, where she manages one of the Bold verticals end-to-end. This includes Engineering, Delivery, Customer engagement and Customer satisfaction. She has driven the strategy, technology and execution for in-house content management system, which caters to data search requests by 1 billion+ user base. Neha is responsible for hiring, managing and mentoring a tech team of size 40+. She has architected and designed products, microservices, continuously analyzed against performance, errors, quality, availability, scalability, customer satisfaction, optimized processes (CI/CD, Git Feature Branching, etc.), identified improvement opportunities and addressed points of failure. Previously, Neha has worked with companies such as Adidas and Vasitum. At Adidas, she was the Director of Software Engineering and was the first hire in the Adidas India Tech Hub. Neha was actively involved in setting up and scaling the India Hub from scratch (500+ Hired, 100+ awaiting joining). At Vasitum, Neha was the Head of Engineering and Product, where she built the Engineering and Product function from scratch by hiring talent from startups and premier colleges. She set up the Engineering (Mobility, Backend Java, Frontend, Search, AI, Data Science and DevOps), Product and UI/UX teams and scaled the company from scratch to 30+. Neha holds a B.Tech degree from YMCA and Modern Vidya Niketan - Faridabad.
