Neha Shah is a seasoned technologist with over 22 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering, testing, and quality assurance. She is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Crest Data Systems, a leading provider of digital transformation solutions. In this role, she is responsible for leading the company's technical vision and driving innovation across the organization. Prior to Crest Data Systems, Neha held several leadership positions in notable companies such as Infostretch and Cisco. At Infostretch, she served as the Qmetry Product Head, leading a team of engineers to build a world-class Test Management system that simplifies the activities of QA teams worldwide through a powerful and versatile application. At Cisco, she served as a Software Manager for the Catalyst 4000 Switches, where she managed a team of 10 engineers for all enterprise Layer 2 features on the Catalyst 4K product line. She was also responsible for developing IOS features including vlans, xSTP, IGMP, CDP/LLDP, xSPAN, port-channels, VTP, CDP, LLDP, DHCP snooping, Flex-link, Private Vlans, Storm control, Auto smart-ports, link state tracking, per vlan learning, QinQ, vlan translation, vlan err-disable, and more. Neha holds a BS in Computer Science from L.D College of Engineering and an MS in Computer Networking from North Carolina State University. She has a strong technical background and is proficient in various technologies such as Senior Software Engineering, test, QA, SDET, Software Engineering, iOS, and infra. With her extensive experience and expertise in the field, Neha is a valuable asset to any organization.
