Nihal Dias is a dynamic Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador (Beta) and Software Developer who is passionate about leveraging his skills in Machine Learning and Software Development to build efficient software solutions in the form of websites and mobile apps. He is a highly motivated individual who enjoys learning new and exciting things, and is always on the lookout for new challenges. Apart from his role as a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador, Nihal is also an accomplished writer, songwriter, and piano teacher. He is a skilled French speaker with a DELF A1 Certification awarded by CIEP. Nihal's past work experience includes an internship with allskier solutions pvt ltd, where he worked on building cross-platform IoT based apps that interface with hardware to create fully-fledged Edge Computing solutions. He also conducted webinars on Flutter and Cloud Computing with Microsoft Azure, and co-authored a research paper that will be presented at the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Computational Electronics and Communication System (AICECS 2021). As a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador, Nihal has contributed to the Microsoft Docs website by co-authoring the 'Language Understanding in the Azure Health Bot' module in the Azure Health Bot Learning Path. He has also conducted workshops on Microsoft Azure Core Services: Compute and Deploying Web Apps on the Cloud with Microsoft Azure, and talked about Language Understanding in the Azure Health Bot in a 4-part video series on Microsoft Reactor. Nihal holds a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. He also completed his Higher Secondary Course from St. Aloysius College, Mangalore-575003, and his Senior Secondary School Course from St. Aloysius High School, Mangaluru, India. With 0.27 years of relevant experience, Nihal is a highly skilled and motivated individual who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
