Nikhil Katre is a highly experienced software engineering leader with over 22 years of relevant experience in the industry. Currently serving as the VP - Software Engineering Lead at Cohesity, Nikhil is responsible for driving innovation and leading the development of cutting-edge software solutions for the organization. With a strong background in UI development, Nikhil has previously served as a Staff II Engineer at Cohesity, where he was responsible for designing and developing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for the company's products. Prior to joining Cohesity, Nikhil worked as a UI Architect at Talena, Inc., where he was responsible for designing and developing the user interface for the company's data management platform. In addition to his experience in UI development, Nikhil has also worked as a Technology Architect at Infosys, where he was responsible for leading digital integration services for financial services clients. He has also worked extensively with technologies such as Spring, Hadoop, Golang, NoSQL, Java, Microservices, Integration, ECS, Big Data, Kubernetes, Javascript, and Cassandra. Nikhil holds a PGDST in Software Technology from NCST and an Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
