Nikhil Kumar is an Investment Banking Analyst at Arpwood Capital who is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Kharagpur. With a passion for Finance and Consulting, Nikhil has developed a keen interest in problem-solving and case studies during his stay at IIT Kharagpur. He has participated in various case study competitions and is a part of the Case Study and Data Analytics Team of his hostel that participated in the inter-hostel General Championship. Nikhil has a strong background in student welfare and has coordinated a team of 25 student members aimed at addressing prominent student-related issues under the aegis of Dean of Students' Affairs. He has also administered the Student Mentor Program 2019-20, one of the biggest on-campus programs, covering around 1600 UG freshmen and initiated the first-ever Winter School of Software Development, Data Science, and Finance, where over 200 students attended the workshops. In terms of his education, Nikhil is expected to complete his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in 2022 from IIT Kharagpur. Prior to this, he completed his schooling from Delhi Public School Eldeco in 2017. Nikhil's tech stack includes test, Software Engineering, Selenium, QA, MySQL, and Integration. He has relevant experience of 1.01 years.
