Nikhil Narayanan is an accomplished marketing leader with over 17 years of experience in the field. As Associate Director of Social Media Marketing at Cognizant, he is responsible for leading strategy, operations, content, digital marketing automation, analytics, influencer marketing, listening, earned/owned/paid media, social selling, account-based marketing (ABM), governance & policy, and video marketing. Nikhil has hands-on experience in handling paid campaigns on Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, from strategy to execution. He has also worked closely on the implementation of Demandbase, the IP-based full funnel marketing solution. Nikhil is an accomplished product manager of digital marketing apps, including apps on Facebook, apps based on Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn/Slideshare/Youtube APIs, mobile apps on iOS and Android, and a Joomla-based networking platform exclusively for clients. He has extensive experience in leading and working with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products. Nikhil holds an MBA in Sales & Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and a BTech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from NIT Warangal. He completed his AISSCE in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Nikhil's tech stack includes product management, Android, iOS, mobile, and web. In addition to his current role at Cognizant, Nikhil has held various positions throughout his career, including Product Manager at Vangal Software Services Private Ltd., where he built a social media monitoring product based on the cloud that unfortunately did not take off as expected. He also worked as a Customer Support Executive at C Cubed Solutions, troubleshooting issues faced by Sony Electronics' customers in the US and mentoring new recruits.
