Nikita has worked with top consulting firms like Ernst and Young and Bain, where she used her time equally as a part of the Market entry strategy team. Nikita's expertise lies in trademark consulting models, diagnostic tools, and market entry strategies. She has worked on multiple projects across sectors including Consumer Products and Retail, Automotive, Financial Services, Food and Beverages, and others. As part of EY CAS team, Nikita was involved with projects across geographies including Research and Consulting support to leading consumer products company to understand post-merger impact. She has also worked on a trademark consulting model developed by Parthenon-EY, Full Potential Paradigm™, a diagnostic tool that enables a CEO to understand the current state and assess the gaps to achieving Full Potential.
