Nilesh Gaurav is a highly experienced professional with over 6 years of experience in Software Development, Product Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management and Operations. He completed his MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi, and holds a dual degree in B.E. (Hons.) Computer Science and M.Sc. (Hons.) Physics from BITS Pilani K.K. Birla Goa Campus. Currently, Nilesh is employed at Olam International as a Marketing Manager, managing Marketing for their Food Services business in Indonesia. He is responsible for Category Management and new product development for Roasted Coffee category, as well as developing partnerships with external stakeholders for long-term growth. Prior to this, Nilesh worked at Jiva as a Regional Manager, where he handled the branch of South Sulawesi and did exploratory and feasibility research for starting the business in East Java. He was responsible for setting up and heading business operations for Jiva, building a team of 135 people in the branch who handle diverse operations across functions, expansion of Jiva into new areas within South Sulawesi and East Java, building internal and external systems for efficient running of business including reporting tools. Nilesh has a strong educational background, having completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from IIFT, New Delhi in 2017. He also holds a degree in M.Sc. (Hons.) Physics from BITS Pilani K.K. Birla Goa Campus and a degree in B.E. (Hons.) Computer Science from the same institution. He completed his CBSE SSC from Central Academy Senior Secondary School. Nilesh has a broad range of skills and experience, including product management, Java, software engineering, and research science. He has a relevant experience of 7.69 years and is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow.
