Nishant Dixit is an accomplished engineering leader with over a decade of experience in the tech industry. He is currently working at Slack as a Software Engineering Manager, where he is responsible for handling products with numbers reaching `billion` in terms of scale. Nishant is an expert in building high-functioning agile teams, and he has a proven track record of building cross-continent distributed engineering teams from scratch and scaling them to match huge demand. Nishant has worked in various roles throughout his career, including engineer, manager, product guy, project/program manager, and agile coach. He has founded three companies back to back, where he built a remote engineering team, an international sales & business development team, and scaled the business across the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. For more than 5 years, Nishant has worked with the eLearning community, where his teams have built creative digital learning experiences for more than 5 million students across the world. He has also consulted various startups/organizations in setting up as well as scaling their digital learning programs from learning design to tech platforms.
