In the past, Nishant has worked as a Technical Lead at Kayzen and Applift. At Applift, he was responsible for building highly available large-scale low latency systems that handled millions of requests per second with millisecond latency. He managed multi-datacenter infrastructure with hundreds of servers and mentored a team of developers, QA, and DevOps. He collaborated with the business and product teams to ensure the success of the platform. Nishant holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur. He also has a 12th-grade degree in Mathematics and Science and a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates degree from Bal Bharti, Dumka.
