Nishant Pradhan is an accomplished product leader with over 15 years of experience in e-commerce, on-demand mobility, online payments, media, and hi-tech industries. He has 10 years of experience in product management, leading and driving vision for large business units such as Flipkart's Supply chain, Ola Cabs Fulfilment, and Flipkart's hyperlocal initiative Quick. He has also conceptualized, launched, and scaled products like Flipkart's seller platform, Ola Store, and Tumbhi. Nishant is passionate about building and scaling marketplaces. Currently, he is working as the Senior Director of Product Management at Ola, where he conceptualized and built an e-commerce marketplace that gets on-demand prices from local sellers and compares them with that of e-commerce sellers with a promise of beating the e-commerce price and delivery in less than two hours. In the past, Nishant has co-founded and served as the Product Head of EasyPrice, where he was accountable for the e-commerce delivery experience for customers that drove retention and recommendation for Flipkart. He has also led Fulfillment and Booking Experience Product for Ola Cabs, where he was responsible for bookings, revenue, profitability, customer experience, and driver-partner earnings. Nishant's educational background includes an MBA in Systems from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, a Master's in Information Technology from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor's in Engineering in Telecommunications from PES University.
